Hero NFTs

Heroes in LHU are non-fungible tokens (NFTs) with immutable Traits that can never be changed. Each hero's specific Stats, Skills and battle behaviors are all derived from these core Traits.

Once we move out of the Early Access phase, heroes' Level and Evolution Tier will also become permanent properties of their NFTs. So when you purchase a Hero from another player from the Marketplace, its Level and Evolution Tier travel with it.

Hero NFTs enter the game ecosystem via Drops. When you purchase a Hero in a Drop, they will always start at Level 1 and Evolution Tier I. Heroes can then increase in Level, Evolution Tier and Power through use and progression in the game. Heroes will be introduced into the ecosystem with a fixed Print Run. The higher the Rarity Trait of that Hero, the smaller its Print Issue (the number of copies in the ecosystem).

A limited number of Starter Heroes will also be made available to all players that are not NFTs. They can be leveled and evolved but are not owned and can't be traded. We believe all players should be able to play LHU for free; these heroes allow anyone to pick up and play the game before committing to their first purchase of an NFT.
