Game Modes

This section by no means lays out the entire scope of LHU. There are just some of the game modes that we've prioritized so far in our product roadmap. As we've said, this game will be a co-development with you, the community. We don’t want to lay out a strict five-year vision for what LHU will be. Instead, this section explains some of the things we're most excited about currently. But even more exciting is that some of the best ideas for what we do in LHU will come from you, the community. We are Legendary together!

PvE Dungeon

You will be able to explore randomized dungeons to gain hero XP and earn rewards. As your collection of heroes increases in power, you will have access to more difficult dungeons with even greater rewards. This first game mode will allow everyone to test their skills and hero collections, and help us tune the foundation of the LHU economy.

PvP Arena

PvP will feature head-to-head competition with a seasonal ELO-style ranking. Each day you will get a number of free entries into the Arena to compete against other players of similar ranking to you. All players are ranked on a daily leaderboard, and at the end of each day players get a reward based on their position.

Guilds & Guild Events

Once a player joins a Guild, every event they participate in will have both solo and guild competitions and rewards. Events will have two different leaderboards - one that posts individuals' scores and another that posts the aggregated scores across entire guilds. At the end of each event, players will not only get rewards based on their position on the solo leaderboard, but their entire guild will share rewards based on their guild leaderboard position.

GvG Modes

Guild-versus-guild modes will promote fierce competition, excellent rewards and the opportunity to boast across the server. We hope to integrate future features to further build the importance of family and reward those who seek strength in numbers.

GvE Modes

Guild-versus-environment modes will provide the opportunity to collaboratively defeat fierce enemies through innovative, engaging gameplay. Our hope is to further reward players that work with one another to tackle challenges in socially satisfying and rewarding ways.
